Anti-Bullying Week 2021!
What are you doing in school for Anti-Bullying week starting on the 15th November 2021? Bullying is not just calling names in the playground; with the increase of use of technology within children, cyber bullying is just as common as bullying in the playground.
By encouraging your children to practice Mindfulness you can help them to develop kindness and empathy towards their peers and reduce the amount of bullying that happens within school. Our Mindfulness programme helps children focus on their wellbeing and taking the time to focus on themselves and encouraging them to focus on the present moment. When children practice mindfulness this encourages them to share their knowledge with their friends, family and peers, creating a kinder environment and allowing a decrease in bullying.
